Crispy Fried Dumpling


-       30 pieces dumpling wrappers

-       125 gr finely chopped skinless prawns

-       100 gr minced chicken meat

-       1  egg

-       2  tbsp tapioca flour

-       1  finely chopped leek

-       ½  tsp salt

-       ½  tsp pepper

-       ½  tbsp sesame oil

-       500 ml IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil for deep frying


  1. Mix minced chicken meat, skinless prawns, with sesame oil, egg, tapioca flour, and chopped leek. Season with salt and pepper and mix to blend.
  2. Break of pieces of the mixture and wrap it with dumpling wrappers.
  3. Heat IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil over medium heat; place just enough dumplings so that they are not overcrowded.
  4. Fry on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove from pan and serve.
