Fried Carp with Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:

-       200 gr carp fillet

-       2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

-       1 tbsp oyster sauce

-       1 tbsp soy sauce

-       1 tsp salt

-       1 tsp pepper

-       1 piece garlic

-       2 egg

-       200 gr flour

-       500 ml IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil for frying

 

Ingredients for lemon sauce:

-       2 tbsp butter

-       1/2 pieces onion

-       2 pieces garlic

-       1 tbsp flour

-       200 ml milk

-       1/2 tsp salt

-       1/2 tsp pepper

-       2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

 

Directions:

  1. Marinate carp fillet with lemon juice, oyster sauce and soy sauce. Let it soak for 1 hour.
  2. Roll the marinated carp in flour, then in whisked egg, and back in flour.
  3. Heat IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil over medium heat and deep fry the fish until golden.
  4. To make the lemon sauce. Melt butter, stir fry onion and garlic. Put in flour, milk and stir until even. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the sauce boils. Leave it to cool.
  5. Serve the fried carp fish with the lemon sauce.
