Fried Chicken with Crumbs

Ingredients:

 

-       1 whole chicken

-       3 pieces lime leaves

-       3 pieces salam leaves

-       1 piece galingale

-       300 ml water

-       750 ml IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil for deep frying

Ingredients for crumbs:

-       1 cup chicken stock

-       ¼  cup wheat flour

-       1 egg

-       1 cup water

Additional ingredients:

-       6 pieces red onion

-       6 pieces garlic

-       1 tbsp coriander

-       1 tsp pepper

-       1 piece ginger

-       1 tsp cumin

-       2 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Boil chicken with lime leaves, salam leaves, galingale and with the additional ingredients until cooked. Take out the cooked chicken, and leave the chicken stock for use later.
  2. Heat IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil over medium heat and deep fry the chicken until golden.
  3. Mix evenly the ingredients for crumbs with the chicken stock. Then deep fry the dough with IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil.
  4. Serve the fried chicken with the crumbs.
