Indonesian Tofu Crepes

Ingredients:

 

-       30 pieces dumpling wrappers

-       2 pieces medium sized tofu

-       150 gr corned beef

-       100 gr minced meat

-       3 egg

-       250 gr leek, finely chopped

-       1 tsp pepper

-       2 tsp salt

-       500 ml IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil for frying

 

Directions:

  1. Mix evenly tofu, corned beef, minced meat, leek, egg, salt and pepper.
  2. Take 1 piece of dumpling wrapper.
  3. Fill it with 2 tbsp of mixture.
  4. Fold into square form.
  5. Heat IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil and place the crepes inside.
  6. Fry the crepes with IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil with medium heat until golden brown.
  7. Remove from pan and serve with red chili pepper, and pickles.
